Don't Get Mad, Take Pictures! May 08
by Amanda Covington

"Don’t Get Mad, Take Pictures!!" Ha, easier said than done, isn’t it? We've all been there haven’t we? We hit the snooze button only to find Jr. decided he would make pancakes with chocolate syrup and flour with eggs? Or, we go to the bathroom and come out to find Missy has decided she wants to be Hannah Montana and is wearing your $30.00 dollar tube of lipstick all over her entire body. It frazzles us, I’m sure but just like all the moments in our life, these pass too, and I want my kiddos to remember some of the crazy antics they pulled on their mommy. So that's my challenge for you Busy Bee members. Next time your child, grandchild or neighbor's kid makes you wanna pull your hair out, "Don’t Get MAD, Take PICTURES!!" Or at least take some before you get mad... ha ha!! Here are some Booya Girls’ experiences with their Mad Moments.

Teagen decided we needed some new decor on our dining room table. He said he lived here too and that the table was his too! We laughed, which as you can tell only made him mad and he cried. I have to admit, for a spilt second I was aggravated, but I quickly got over what was so easily "washable"!

Maegan took pictures of her "beautiful mess" we've all been there!! Look how precious, her messy lil monster looks in this layout!! Easily could’ve been missed had she not taken her pics!

Debbie's grandson Kadin took full advantage of his mommy leaving some fun food coloring bottles unattended on her bed. He decided those pretty colors would look good in his coloring books!!

We can all certainly relate to Anne's photo!! Who hasn’t been there and done that with our toddlers having their temper tantrums? I know I have had my fair share and sometimes still do!! I think it's great to document how our kids were in every aspect of their lives.

And certainly not the least of layouts is Cyndi's of her daughter who "Flew The Coop" just after bathing and ran outside to get in a little extra playtime and sunshine!!

Our challenge is to see some not so "perfect" happy times being scrapped! Remember: "Don’t Get Mad, Take Pictures!!"
