When I’m not scrapping, I am an AITCM, an Always in the Car Mom. J I live in beautiful Central Virginia with my two feisty children and my college professor husband. I’ve always kept scrapbooks of memorabilia, including a stolen picture of my 6th grade crush, a rose from my 9th grade prom, and a letter from the local TV station in response to my complaint about the cancellation of Charlie’s Angels. I started scrapping as we know it in 1997, when we were waiting to adopt our first child from Bulgaria . This hobby kept me sane while I was waiting for my babies, and now it keeps me from losing my mind while raising them. I’m not organized enough to submit much, but my first published LO will appear in Memory Makers’ Oh Baby book in 2008. These are a few of my favorite things: family time, photography, reading, travel, and country music.
Five random things about me:
- I met my husband online before there was an internet…in 1992.
- I sometimes often drive my son to school (30 miles round trip) in my PJs.
- I am so addicted to McDonald’s Diet Coke that the drive-thru people know me by name.
- Before I had them, I swore I’d NEVER bribe my children. Oops!
- My first job was at a music store, and I have been to over 100 concerts.
