One thing I tend to do when finishing up a layout is grab my scraps and make a card or two. With the Holidays fast approaching, making cards is on many of our to-do lists. The Booya Girls have put together some cards out of just a few basic supplies. The girls were challenged to pick a few pieces of cardstock. 1 or 2 pieces of coordinating pattern paper and a handful of embellishments or stamps. As you can see from the cards here, it’s simple to use the same products but, mix it up a bit for a different look on cards.

Notice also that you don’t necessarily have to go with the traditional red and green color combo for Holiday Cards. Mix it up, pull from your stash. No one but you will know that all your Holiday Cards weren’t exactly the same.
