Shipping and Returns Most orders ship within 3-5 days via Priority Mail or UPS.

At this time we do not backorder items if they are out of stock.

Our Return Policy is as follows: If you have an item that needs to be returned you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We are happy to do exchanges as long as the product has not been opened or used. No additional shipping charges apply to exchanges. Orders that are returned for a cash credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee along with the actual shipping charges we paid to ship the initial order.

Canada and Mexico Orders are charged a minimum of $23.00 US Dollars for shipping. This is for a flat rate box. We can get quite a lot of product in a flat rate box however larger items, such as Cuttlebug and Cricut Machines will have additional shipping charges. On these larger items we will email you will a shipping quote before we process the order. Cricut and Cuttlebug Disney Products cannot be shipped internationally at this time.

International Orders are charged a minimum of $37.00 US Dollars for shipping. This is for a flat rate box.
