In working with the Coredinations All in the Family ColorCore Cardstock sanding is the key to revealing it’s hidden potential. I layered several sheets of cardstock then using some scraps of folded sandpaper and a metal ruler I created lines on my layout to frame my photos and highlight my story. Just think of the patterns you can create with some sandpaper and a ruler the possibilities are endless. |

Cyndi’s layout features Coredinations Black Magic ColorCore Cardstock. She created her title by placing the paper over chipboard letters then sanding to reveal the core color. Once her letters were sanded she cut them out. Using multiple colors of cardstock gives her layout a fun whimsical look. By tearing the Black paper she revealed its colored core – this is how Cyndi created the colored layers on her layout. **Note: The Black Magic Cardstock is currently out of stock in the Busy Bee store keep an eye out for when it returns. ** |

Kim’s layout shows how embossing templates can turn the Coredinations ColorCore Cardstock from ordinary to extraordinary. Kim chose to work with embossing templates from Fiskars but this same look can be achieved with embossing templates for the Cuttlebug. Once the paper is embossed lightly sand over the raised details revealing the lighter color core. Feeling a bit adventurous try making your own embossing templates from things you find around your home. |

Still not sure Coredinations Cardstock is for you take a look at how Kristi made her cardstock look grungy. First she sprayed her background paper with shimmering mist then she sanded it giving it a wonderful grunge effect. Then she layered some torn and sanded Black Magic Cardstock on top. This layout shows the versatility of this paper and how it can work with any kind of project you can dream up. |
